About Rotary E-Club of Nigeria New Dawn

Our Purpose We exist as a 24/7, year-round Rotary club to accommodate individuals who are unable to join a traditional Rotary club due to time constraints, travel commitments, or other factors.

Our Mission We focus on international projects that support development, education, and health in developing countries, including initiatives where our own members are actively involved. Additionally, we engage in local projects that bring tangible benefits to our communities.

Our Commitment We are dedicated to upholding the ideals and objectives of Rotary International. Under the globally respected Rotary umbrella, our members receive and provide support to individuals and organizations working to improve lives and communities both locally and globally.

Our Activities While we interact daily within our group, we hold our weekly statutory meetings on Saturdays at 7:00 PM (West African Time). During these meetings, speakers lead presentations and discussions on current issues affecting our personal lives, homes, schools, workplaces, and communities, both locally and internationally. They also share solutions to these major issues, and our members discuss how they, as Rotarians, can take positive action to address them.

As a member of the E-Club of Nigeria New Dawn, you can fully participate online and enjoy camaraderie and fellowship with other members through our online gatherings. We are like a regular club, but we meet online, allowing you to join from any location worldwide.

Meet Our President

Olubunmi Afolabi is a Media and Communications Strategist, Producer, Copy and Script writer, Voice Actor, Podcast Host and Director, with over 12years of experience.

He is a former General Manager of 99.9 Kiss FM Abuja, Nigeria, where he was instrumental to turning the lot of the brand around tremendously.

Bunmi is an Executive MBA graduate from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Associate Member of Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), an award-winning Broadcaster, a Google ads search expert, a Digital Marketing Strategist- certified by HEC Paris and a well sought after speaker.

Among other notable achievements in the course of his still-emerging career, he has had the privilege of pioneering the “Development Now” podcast- the first podcast which solely showcases development organizations and their success stories in an exciting way. He has also had the privilege of servicing top international organizations in the course of His practice.

He is currently in charge of Media and Communications at the Rotary Action Group for Reproductive, maternal and child health (Rotary-RMCH)’s Together for Healthy Families in Nigeria (THFN) Programs of Scale (PoS).
