Energetic, dedicated and committed public health expert with over 10years experience in TB/TBHIV disease program management. Salau is highly skilled in project planning, implementation, strategic information management, epidemiology, research, monitoring, and evaluation including process and quality improvement. Salau is creative with a strong attention to detail, with vast experience in program tracking, supervision, and evaluation. He is a seasoned trainer in TB, DR-TB, TBHIV, NETIMS, DHIS at national, state, local and facility levels. His energy, passion, and commitment allow him to excellently execute projects while functioning independently and in teams.
Salau excellent skills in leadership, management, communication, and community engagement have been recognized by government at all levels and NGOs at large. With his vast experience in leading and directing teams across all local government areas in the state, affords him the opportunity to be socio-culturally competent and dependable.

As a liaison officer for the state ministry of health on Global Fund projects and USAID Challenge TB project, Salau supported the coordination, implementation and financial resources management of these projects for Tuberculosis control.
