Toyosi is an astute professional with 20 years of experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Health interventions and Research. He has been productively involved in the design and implementation of M&E systems for a diversity of donor-funded projects in Nigeria. He possesses a unique set of strategy-crafting, problem solving and decision-making skills that make him one of the most sought-after Managers in the project management space. He is a graduate of Statistics, with a Master’s in Public Health and he is currently in the process of bagging a Ph.D in the same field. His keen focus is in the area of- Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health, as well as curbing the dissemination of infectious disease. Toyosi Adebambo has been part of several momentous projects and initiatives that helped shaped the face of Nigeria’s healthcare system, such as: the development of the National Health Management Information System, which led to the development of harmonized data collection tools for health facilities and communities, as well as the national health database (DHIS2) and USAID Performance Management System Software now USAID Monitor®. He was also a pivotal member of the team for the development of the USAID/Nigeria Performance Reporting System (PRS), which aids knowledge sharing and has resulted into significant impact for the sector. He has also been involved in tons of data quality assessments (DQA), Field Based Monitoring (FBM), Evaluations, database design for routine and survey data, statistical data analysis.  Toyosi is a renowned specialist in development operations, including drafting and implementing work plans, designing program activities, managing consultant teams and inventory management. During his still-budding stellar career, he has had the privilege to work on – Rotary International, USAID, PEPFAR, DFID, GHAIN, UNICEF and Global Fund-funded projects, providing programmatic and M&E technical guidance. He joined Rotary in 2004, and he was a Rotarian with Rotary E-Club of One Nigeria. A Board of Director with his E-Club of One Nigeria, The Project Manager for Rotary Together for Healthy Families in Nigeria (the Second Programs of Scale in the World), Project under Rotary Action Group for Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health Nigeria which was featured in Rotary International World Magazine in April 2024 issue, the Secretary to RI President Gordon McInally’s Visit to Nigeria in March 2024 and more.
